The following is an email message that the CEO of Rickenbacker wrote to PV 11/18/97.
Dear Sir:
Regretfully, you've put me in the position where I can no longer respond to you, since you've chosen at every turn to play this out on the 'net, instead of communicate with me. That's how we got to this point.
I tried to save you from embarrassment by emailing you directly that I had heard every word you said: you then post it on the 'net that I'm lying and conspiring, when in fact I'm trying to be considerate to you. This is not acceptable to me.
Sorry. . .there's just no way I can communicate with you directly at this point, even though there's much yet that will be said.
